What this course is
Being a teenager is hard. The pressure, the friendships, the feelings that show up out of nowhere and take over — nobody really sits you down and explains what’s actually happening or what to do about it.
This course does. In eight modules, you’ll learn how your brain and nervous system actually work, why your emotions are information and not problems, and how to build a regulation toolkit that’s yours. It’s honest, practical, and designed to help you understand yourself and feel more in control.
